Request for amendment to and removal of personal information

If we are requested from a person to disclose, amend, or delete personal information, we will respond to that request in good faith in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, after first confirming that the request is from the individual to whom the information relates.

We may not be able to comply with your request if your request does not satisfy the requirements prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Act or if there is a reason for us to decline disclosure or the like pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act or any other relevant laws and regulations.

Please note that we shall charge a handling fee with respect to any request regarding the purpose of use of or disclosure of the personal information held by us.

We may amend this privacy policy whenever necessary.
